BioRen Liquid Rennet Paste Semi-Piccante / lamb
This completely new product is pure lamb rennet paste and especially suitable for ewes-milk cheese.
The range of use goes through all types of sheep-cheese, but also cow milk cheese can be produced with this rennet. This cheese then will not become a sheep cheese but develop spicier flavours.

This is why we deliver our rennet pastes only in cans up to 12 kg.
