BioRen Liquid Rennet Paste Piccante
This completely new product is pure kid-goat rennet paste and especially suitable for goats-milk cheeses. Each kind of goat-cheese - soft, semi-hard and hard - develops more typical flavour components. But also cow milk or mixed milk can be coagulated with this rennet.
